Edwards NP-25 Yangın Alarm Aksesuarı

Edwards NP-25 (Device Suspension Bracket ailesi), yangın alarm aksesuarı ürünüdür.

General

The NP series brackets provide an easy and suitable mounting platform solution for the installation of detection points away for the ceiling when direct mounting on the ceiling is not desired or permissible. The NP-25 antistatic and corrosion-proof glass fibre and polyester bracket offers a suitable installation platform for point detectors for requirements of ceiling heights between 6 and 14 m.

Application

Detector placement in areas with high, flat or nearly flat roofs may in some cases require that the detector is not mounted flat on the ceiling itself to overcome air pockets preventing fire phenomena such as smoke or heat from reaching the detector. The NP series brackets distance the detector from the ceiling allowing these phenomena to reach the detection point more easily.

Recommended Practises

The table from the Swedish Fire Association (norm SBF 110:6) is included below, indicating the required distance that the detector needs to be away from the ceiling in relation to the ceiling height.

For additional extention the R-100 extends the range to 100cm.
